3 MONTH PACKAGE. Sit down with Coach J ONCE A WEEK for a focused consultation to dial in your nutrition based on your history, your goals, your timeline. Whether you’re building a plan, fine-tuning details, or reevaluating your approach, you’ll walk away with actionable steps, accountability and clarity.
Your training should fit your life — not the other way around. With online or in-person coaching, you’ll receive custom programming support built for your body. Together, we’ll adapt your plan to events, performance goals, or injury history, ensuring steady progress without guesswork. Free movement screening & continued nutritional guidance included.
